life of above-mentioned child. He is facing the death penalty on

1. how would each one of these factors been a danger to Maddie?

2. was Stern's initially attracted to Maddie, vs. her mother when

they began dating?

3. Did mom's working 2 jobs, with 3rd shift hours sometimes,

with odd hours. How often was mom at home? How frequently

was Sterns given the means, motive, and opportunity?
