A STILL UNFOLDING INVESTIGATION #GilgoBeach, #LISK
_______________________________________
After the police initially searched the crime scene (Rex's home)
for an intensive 12 days; gathering evidence from Rex's home.
The search warrant executed yielded a multitude of recording
devices, 27 computers, SIM cards, double-digit-cell phones.
Some months later, SWAT returned to home of Rex Huermann,
to execute a further search warrant of his residence. This search
was prompted extraction of what Law Enforcement was able to
retrieve after a forensic download on his devices.
On an older computer, retrieved in the initial search warrant,
investigators were able to retrieve a document that Rex had
attempted to delete its entire existence. Rex referred, in his
writing retrieved, as one "document" in particular, as his
"Planning Document." It was originally created in the year 2000,
but Investigators were able to tell that there were previous
drafts of the document; it was last updated in the year 2002.
In said document, Rex lays out his wishes and desires he wants
to carry out, how, how to dispose of evidence, how to cover all
his tracks , with the goal of continuing to get away with his
murders and avoid capture.

THE PROFILER AND THE HUNTER
It has been disclosed that Rex, "the hunter" (of people and
animals), had more than one book written by James Douglas
kept in the open in his house. James Douglas is an infamous
serial killer profile, who rose to acclaim through his work through
the FBI. Rex had purchased two books written by said profiler.
He actually used John Douglas's applied knowledge, to actually
get away with murder; undetected, for 2 decades. It has also
been inferred by some in the field, that Rex used the book to
avoid detection and more of as a go-to, on how one could get away
with murder.

THE DETAILED HUNTER AND THE CLUTTER OF HOARDING
_______________________________________________
According to the FBI, within the "Planning Document" itself,
written by Rex, it displayed just how organized, prepared,
planned, meticulous in his approach to selecting victims,
convincing them to let their guard down, and get into the car
with Rex; with the final destination to be Rex's house, where,
in every instance, his family was out of town and he had free
reign of the house. No witnesses.
While it may seem a sharp contrast, the meticulousness of his
planning and disposal of his bodies, one could easily,
superficially argue that unlike the organization of his hunting
and disposal, compared to "the state of his house." Police
described the house as "a very cluttered house." While at
first glance, it would seem that Rex's house is in complete
disarray; neglected even. It is a "hoarder's house" with little
attention paid to the condition of his home that was falling into
a state of disrepair on the outside. It was the "eye sore" of the
entire block. There is also a theory about why things seemed
"one way, but was another." It is thought it is possible that Rex
collects a lot of personal trophies of/from his murdered victims.
Keeping his house, overflowing with items, it does make it harder
to find evidence. Additionally, what may seem cluttered to
everyone, were, indeed, not really "cluttered" in terms of Rex
keeping trophies of his victims out in the open; able to experience
them just walking through his house. Still his secret. Proud of
his "trophies" and "collections."

GILGO BEACH AND REX'S HOME CLOSE PROXIMITY
__________________________________
Some police have stated that there are places, near Rex's home,
where one (ie Rex) could look out "onto Gilgo Beach"; and
perhaps admire his work off in the distance. His "work" is/are
his murders. His trophies, of his accomplishments, and number
of victims (currently at 6), were all found in burlap, less than
50 feet off the roadway, at Gilgo Beach.
If Rex did indeed chose his "dumping grounds" at Gilgo Beach
then it may be "in and of itself", a "garden of his trophies." The
trophies of his bodies, all positioned almost identically, 50 feet
from the roadway.
