BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON SARAH BOONE's CRIME
__________________________________________
On February 24, 2020, Jorge Torres Jr., a 42-year-old American man died in Winter Park, Florida, when his girlfriend Sarah Boone tricked him into going inside a suitcase then she zipped it tight. Torres suffocated to death after his girlfriend, then 42-year-old Sarah Boone zipped him into the suitcase, and then filmed his suffering. Later she went upstairs without realizing or caring that he would not be able to get out of the suitcase himself. Following Torres's death, Boone was questioned but not arrested until the following day when she voluntarily went into another police interview.
Incident[edit]
On February 25, 2020, Sarah Boone had called 9-1-1 and told them that her boyfriend, Jorge Torres, was dead. Boone claimed that she and Torres had a single bottle of wine and then decided to play hide-and-seek. She claimed that they thought it would be funny to put him in the suitcase, and that they were both laughing. She stated that she then went upstairs and accidentally fell asleep, leaving Torres in the suitcase. Torres's death was ruled a homicide.
Boone was not arrested the day that she allegedly found him in the suitcase and called the police. The following day, she was asked to go to the police station for an interview. During the interview, forensic investigators asked for her phone; she willingly gave her phone to them, and it was searched. The search found two videos that Boone had taken the night before. However, she did not remember taking the videos, and she also did not try to delete the videos. According to court records, the videos depict Boone saying to Torres, "For everything you've done to me."
Boone was subsequently charged with second-degree murder for killing Torres. Held in Orange County jail without bail, she has written letters to the trial judge stating that she has not been represented fairly; she has been through eight different attorneys. She is expected to use the battered woman defense at her trial. A trial date has been set for October 7, 2024.

1. What potential traits is SARAH DISPLAYING that would
corroborate the known fact that 8+ lawyers have been unable to
represent Sarah due to Sarah's own behavior. Revisiting her
handwriting snapshot; her defining personality traits are as
follows:
_________________________________________________
- REPRESSED ANGER: lots of hostility; typically expressed I'm passive aggressive behavior and actions.
Apparent anger/resentment toward both mother and father; most contempt toward father figure.
- ATTENTION: Sarah loves attention, and when she is the center of it. Whether bad or good attention, she doesn't distinguish; she'll take all attention. She has a strong desire to be taken seriously, to be heard, and to have her voice heard. She's an attention grabber. She'll go way out of her way to obtain attention; especially from the opposite sex.
- SARCASM/SMART MOUTH: She is very "short" and "snippy". In her letters, she is constantly using sarcasm. Sarcasm bordering on condescending. Sarah justifies what she does in her mind, and makes infinite excuses for bx she's responsible for.
-MINIMIZING LANGUAGE: IN her writing, Sarah uses distancing language when it comes to her behavior. Whatever one accuses Sarah of, she already has a reason/excuse/justification on hand ready to argue why she's "in the right."
IMPULSIVITY: Sarah has impulsivity throughout her handwriting. Sarah does not act, she is a "reactor." Whenever/whatever thoughts come to mind, Sarah is swift to act on those thoughts that enter her mind. There are warning signs when it comes to her impulsivity. Sarah is SO impulsive, not thinking through her actions, before taking action, that it brings up red flags for VIOLENCE. Because Sarah is impulsive, quick to act, react, speak, and act. She has no consideration of accountability, nor consequences of her actions. That is not that way she thinks.8
- VERY POOR BOUNDARIES: All Sarah's boundaries are poor/there is a complete lack of boundaries. Sarah is the kind of person who has no regard to the physical boundaries of others. She is the kind of person who would considered "always in your face." Boundaries are part of what helps keep us safe, and Sarah displays a complete lack of awareness of others needs and wants. If she is aware of the needs and wants of others, that knowledge won't garner any respect or adherence to from Sarah.
-SUSPICIOUS LYING O'S: Sarah uses lying, exaggeration, projection, in conjunction with deception. Things with Sarah are never what they really seem; she's plotting and planning behind her words. She always has "an agenda", that ensures she paints herself in false, but "glowing light."
SELF-ENTITLEMENT: As apparent in Sarah's writing, she has a strong sense of entitlement. Sarah is very accustomed to getting her way, one way or another, by her acting out bx, and her ability to justify and "explain things away."
INCOMPLETENESS: Sarah has, overall, a sense of feeling that her life is missing something, she is not satisfied with her physical self, nor the high conflict relationships that she procures.
WRITING WITH VEWRY HARD PRESSURE: There are several places, in her writing sample, where the change in the amount of pressure she's putting on the pen. Notably, when she makes "circles" as bullet "points" in her letters. The harder the pressure, the more reflective of anger and frustration she's expressing. She is not a very "trusting" person, and she is moody and can become easily irritated/agitated.
- RUMINATION: Sarah constantly, as demonstrated in her letter, has certain themes/ideas that she focused on/constantly thinks about/ruminates on. She is very focused on matters of little significance; ie, the date she wrote a letter, the date a motion was filed. The focus and rumination, surrounds Sarah's justified excuses for her behavior. Sarah tries very hard to sell you "her" version of truth.
-DETERMINATION: When Sarah wants something, she is going to put forth all of energy toward obtaining that "thing", that accomplishment, that goal. She will try more than one way, at the same time, to justify her actions and to achieve her goals. She will continually write the court letters, exclaiming her mistreatment, wanting, desperately, to be seen AS THE VICTIM; not a perpetrator.
________________________________
2. MOTIVES AND AGENDAS: It appears Sarah is concerned with
what the public is perceiving of her through the media. She's
obsessed with self, her own wants needs, desire for control
amidst all the incarceration uncertainty. Desire to control the
PUBLIC PERCEPTION through the letters that she files, that she
is WELL AWARE will be released to the public.
________________________________________
3. HOW DOES SARAH WANT TO BE SEEN BY OTHERS: In one word
INNOCENT. As the "real victim", somehow, in the tragic tale,
that she dodges responsibility for.

4. WHO IS SARAH BOONE'S TARGET AUDIENCE? CLEARLY THE
PUBLIC. She has mastered the art of handwriting pages of
complaints, in pain-taking detail, how unfair her life, and her
set of circumstances are. She is OVERLY aware of the PUBLIC
interest in her case.

5. WHAT TRAITS OF SARAH BOONE'S ARE MAKING IT
IMPOSSIBLE FOR SARAH TO KEEP AN ATTORNEY?
(revisit traits as detailed above, should spell it out for
all of us).
