PSYCHOPATHS IN THE WORKPLACE
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
GENERAL
OLIVER JAMES identifies psychopathy as one of the dark triad
personality traits in the workplace. Workplace psychopaths are
often charming to stay above their level in workplace hierarchy.
However, they tend to be abusive to other staff; co-workers
who don't seem equal in the psychopath's eyes.

ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOPATH
These individuals crave God-like-feelings of power and control
over people. They prefer to work at the highest levels and
positions within the company. Typically, ending up in positions like
CEO.
Often times, they appear intelligent, sincere, powerful, witty,
and charismatic. These individuals are able to quickly assess
what people want to hear. They tend to create stories that are
tainted to match revealed evidence. They often try to rope in
others, to do their work FOR them. Even after work has been
done for them, they will gladly take credit for the accomplishments
of others. These individuals have little patience, don't interact
well with others. Often, they are unpredictable, moody, and take
