CURRENT CHARGES:

1. Murder in the first degree, or alternatively, abuse of a child; resulting in

death.

2. TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE

In Alex Travijo's PCA, it states: 'on or about the 27th day of January 2023,

Alexee did kill Baby Doe, a human being, without lawful reason, or excuse, when

baby's mother's actions are intentional, negligent, and without justifiable cause.

Child placed in untenable situation. She did destroy, change, hide and place

physical evidence with the attempt to prohibit apprehension.

ARRESTS CAME IN WAKE OF BABY'S AUTOPSY FINDINGS

On or about January 28th, an autopsy was performed on the baby.

CAUSE OF DEATH: ENTRAPMENT

MANNER OF DEATH: HOMICIDE

SPECIFIC PATHOLOGICAL FINDINGS IN THE EXAM OF BABY

1. The pathologist ruled that the infant had lived, and died, within a very

short period of time.

2. Noted, it was an infant, full-term male, who had no abnormalities nor

physical injuries.

3. Lack of oxygen was noted in multiple body systems'

4. the baby

s lungs showed irritation or potential damage

6. the baby was COMPATIBLE with life outside the womb.

WHAT IS ENTRAPMENT?

Entrapment occurs when an individual is in an airtight container, in this case,

a tied, plastic bag, and died after inhaling all the available oxygen

AUTOPSY FINDINGS WITH SOME SPECIFICITY

BABY AUTOPSY

1. ENTRAPMENT

a. found in plastic bag

b. adrenal hemorrage 

c. no injuries

II. LIVE BORN MALE

a. Aerated lungs

b. air in stomach

c. no decomposition 

CONCLUSIONS:

The air in the lungs and stomach is consistent with a male infant

having been born alive and breathing.
