"THE DOWNFALL OF THE UNTOUCHABLE; CHARGES FACING

P. DIDDY"

  This-would-be-nightmare began in November of 2023 when

Puffy's ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, brought a multi-count

lawsuit against P. Diddy. This included allegations of being

domestically abused (including on a 2016 video at a hotel) 

repeatedly. Cassie claimed she was drugged and forced to

engage in sex trafficking, and that Diddy and or his staff would

not allow her to physically leave his home. One day after

Cassie Ventura's suit was filed, against Puffy; which was settled,

the very next day for a confidential amount of money (a minimum

of 30 million dollars). Since Cassie initially filed her lawsuit in

November of 2023, there have been, to date, 10 other victims

came forward with their own civil lawsuits with very similar 

allegations. To date, Puffy has not settled any other of his civil

lawsuits at this time.

   In September of 2024, some six months, after a criminal

investigation lasting six months, P. Diddy was arrested on

September 16, 2024. After three attempts to come up with

a "bail package"; all have been denied as he continues to sit

behind bars in a Manhattan jail.

    As mentioned above, Puffy was under investigation for the

better part of six months pre-arrest. He had already had both of

his homes, on opposite coasts, raided, with items seized. Some

of those items seized with electronics, cell phones, computer 

devices, and a complex indoor surveillance system. The following

crimes, that I will further explain, are allegations that the

government has alleged and indicted him on; what is keeping

him behind bars today.

United States of America vs. Sean P. Diddy Combs

    On September 16, 2023, P, Diddy was arrested in the Southern

District of New York. The following are an overview of the charges 

he is facing CRIMINALLY, from the government:

1. RACKETEERING CONSPIRACY: the government states that,

for decades, P. Diddy abused, threatened, and coerced women

to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and to conceal

his conduct. To ensure his objectives were met, P. Diddy relied

on employees, resources, and influences of his many business

empires that he led and controlled. The government alleges he

operated with impunity while engaging in sex trafficking,

forced labor, kidnapping, obstruction of justice, bribery and arson.

  Of note, at all times relevant to this indictment, the defendant

engaged in a persistent and pervasive pattern of abuse toward

women and other individuals. The government goes on to allege

that P. Diddy manipulated women to participate in highly

orchestrated sex acts. Typically, male sex workers were flown

in to town, for such events. P.Diddy ensured participation by

distributing narcotics knowingly and unknowingly, by threatening

the victim's career opportunities; careers that he leveraged

on a consistent basis. Also, the government contends that

P. Diddy's own acts of physical violence "ensured their

participation" in whatever Mr. Combs desired sexually.

RE-OCCURING THEMES AND PATTERNS REPORTED BY VICTIMS

 Physical abuse was recurrent and well-known to his victims,

Diddy's employees, and friends. On a number of occasions,

ranging from 2009-2024, P. Diddy has been accused of

assaulting women physically by striking, punching, dragging,

and kicking victims. Most of this physical abuse was witnessed

BY OTHERS. The times when staff tried to intervene upon this

violence, they were often met with violence by Diddy and his

other employees. 

  Diddy used certain employees, security staff, and personal

assistants to cover up his acts of violence and remain silent

and "loyal" to him.

CHARGES COMBS FACES IN FEDERAL COURT/COMBS PLEADS NOT GUILTY ON FIRST APPEARANCE

    Combs, 54, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to federal charges of 

racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to 

engage in prostitution. The indictment alleges he “abused, 

threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill

 his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his 

conduct.” It also states that he formed a criminal enterprise that

 engaged in “sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson,

 bribery, and obstruction of justice.”

    He will remain in federal custody ahead of his trial after his

 lawyers failed Wednesday in their appeal of a judge’s decision 

denying him bail. In his ruling, Judge Andrew Carter said there 

were no conditions that reduced the risk of witness tampering or 

obstruction.

  He faces a sentence of up to life in prison if convicted of the 

racketeering conspiracy charge. The sex trafficking charge comes 

with a statutory minimum of 15 years.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THOSE AROUND PUFFY?

  The federal indictment against Combs alleges he was part of a 

sprawling conspiracy with staff, assistants, supervisors and 

associates to commit racketeering from 2008 until now.

  According to the indictment, the “Combs Enterprise” consisted of

 Combs, the leader; business entities, including his record label

 Bad Boy Entertainment; and employees and associates, including 

security staff, household staff, personal assistants and high-

ranking supervisors.

“Members and associates of the Combs Enterprise engaged in, and

 attempted to engage in, among other activities, sex trafficking, 

forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, 

coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, 

kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice,” the indictment 

states.Despite those serious accusations, he is the only one facing charges.

WHY IS NO ONE ELSEW FACING CHARGES CURRENTLY?

    The easiest and most correct answer is that Diddy is their target. The

government could opt to charge multiple co-sonspirators, or flip them,

as cooperating witnesses against COMBS. The investigation remains

open and ongoing. Much of the digital evidence, which will be a huge

aspect of this case, as Diddy seemed to film EVERYTHING, is only now

just being forensically examined, but there are billions of terabytes to

sift through; no small feat. It is rumored that Combs kept videos of

EVERYONE; kept and retained for the purposes of future blackmail

and leverage. 

    The fate of those that enabled COMBS partially remains in their hands

and their willingness to cooperate with government to lessen their own

prison sentence or eradicate it all together.
