GLANCING AT THE CASE. AGAINST RICHARD ALLEN

GLANCING AT THE CASE AGAINST RICHARD ALLEN

Inductive reasoning (vs deductive reasoning) includes the

reliance of a lot of statistical information; born out from

research by Criminologists. Research shows that most murders

are committed by those known to us vs. stranger violence (which

is much less common). In cases where the PERPETRATOR is

a STRANGER to the victim(s), the majority of the time, this is

because the motive itself is SEXUAL by its nature. Merely the

implementing of this research would provide a profile that

already implicates motive/reasons perp. acted his fantasies

out sexually.

NO PRIOR CRIMINAL RECORD

Again, defaulting to research, there seems to be some

generalizations that simply don't bare out. There is an assumption

that because Richard Allen had no "criminal record", that alone

somehow exonerated him or meant he was any less likely to

have committed the crimes he's charged with. MANY, research

suggests better than 50% of those, who go on to graduate to

murder, don't have a criminal record "on the books." Likely

this occurs, not because an absence of violence, but bc the

violence tends to manifest itself domestically. Many calls for

domestic abuse, physical, or threats, even if reports are taken

from subjects, many times, CHARGES themselves never come

to fruition. Often times the charges are dropped. Research has

shown that offenders of this type of crime do indeed have

criminal "run in's", just, often, they do not always manifest

into domestic abuse allegations. Sometimes matters are settled

peacefully; in the presence or absence of police.

RICHARD ALLEN HAS DOMESTIC ABUSE ALLEGATIONS IN HIS HISTORY

At 3:30 a.m., in the year of 2015, 911 was called by a Kathy

Allen; Richard's wife. The police responded promptly to the

call. Police reports clearly state that Richard was overly

intoxicated and angry at his wife for unknown reasons. The police

who responded to the scene, advised Kathy to take Richard to

the hospital to detox, and or to see if there could be an involuntary

commitment process that Kathy could get underway to assist

her husband. No charges ever came out of this incident,

but, this shows exactly what was mentioned above. Even though

Richard was not officially charged with domestic violence on

said date/incident, it would still be classified as a "domestic

incident."

SEXUALLY MOTIVATED CRIME

We know that this was a sexually motivated crime by the fact

that both girls would have had to have been naked at some point.

Meaning made to undress. Unless a perpetrator wants to engage

in some type of sexual behavior, there would be no reason for

the girls to remove their clothes. One of the girls was found,

at the scene, naked. The other female was found, face down,

in a creek/river wearing clothes that belonged to her best

friend (who was left naked altogether).

Every person who commits a sexually motivated crime, from

peeping Tom's, to murder, has their own kind of paraphilias

that dictate whom might be an "attractive target" for the

perpetrator. There are many men whose sexual niche/kink

are girls on the cusp of puberty. Allen's own daughter, at. the

time would have recently have gone through puberty, which

could have started a chain of greater arousal and increased

violent fantasies. For each perpetrator , it is about their

imagined "perfect fantasy", and the opportunity to engage in

such  behavior.

Many perpetrators of this type of crime are GOAL oriented.

If sex is the GOAL; it too can be be the motive all in one as well.

While many things remain unclear until trial commences,

it was known to Richard Allen that there was no school in Delphi

that day (he would have known bc he had a daughter in the

school systems in Delphi). It is possible that he saw the day off

from school, and going to the trail, as a possible opportunity

to act out long-held-fantasies of violence against females.

Additionally, Allen removed specific items from the crime scene

as well. Allen stole underwear and socks of the victim he left

naked in the river. To take the underwear, after a crime like

this, is symbolic, much like a "trophy" of the crimes he committed.

Also, further reinforcing it was a sexually motivated crime.

THE QUESTIONING OF RICHARD ALLEN/EVIDENCE OF RICHARD ALLEN

Richard Allen came forward on his own to report he had been

at the trail the day of the murders. When he was asked, "what

were you doing, up on the bridge?", he answered:

"Watching the fish swim."

In actuality the bridge is taller than 100 feet from the water.

He would not have been able to see any fish from the bridge,

which would be obvious to the police.

Additionally, Richard Allen parked his car in a parking lot

that was INFREQUENTLY used; it was a former CPS building.

According to the locals "no one parks there to go to the trails

or bridge." Allen indeed parked there, and headed to trail

from this parking lot. Also, Allen backed into parking spot in

such a way that his license plates were completely obscured;

this could be a reflection of consciousness of his guilt.

BALLISTIC MATCH

One unspent round, that search warrants would prove came

from Richard Allen's gun, from inside his residence, was

found at the crime scene. Allen also would have needed a gun

in his possession in order to "take control" over the girls and

ensure they did whatever he told them to do. There have been

multiple audio clips from the girls' cell phone of "Bridge Guy"

approaching them, and saying, "Guys, down the hill."

What can also be heard in the audio recording that Libby made

from her phone, was one of the girls remarking on the audio

that said person had a "gun." 1 round that had been cycled

through Allen's gun was found at crime scene.

61 CONFESSIONS WHILE IN CUSTODY

He has confessed to his wife, his mother, therapists, and

many other people. Additionally, it has been reported in his

confessions that he eluded to the sexual motive behind his

actions. His defense attorneys argue differently.
