per her lawyer's request." A consistent pattern in phone calls,

emails, and interviews, Debra Sterns, particularly, ALWAYS

has something negative or disrespectful things about Jenn;

unprovoked. IMO, she's gleeful when she inserts Jenn's name.

2. I noticed,and found it interesting, that Stephan, at least 4

separate times, asks if "is MOM THERE WITH YOU?" Clearly it is

important to have his mother as his "ally" in this family

dynamic.

3. If Stephan Sterns had knowledge and evidence of any

"evidence", of any tangible kind, he's had every opportunity to

up through present, to confess/shave any of this knowledge

with police. Doing so would likely reduce his own prison sentence,

and take the death penalty "off the table." There is no evidence

that Stephan has any information to offer regarding Jenn.

4. Both parents appear to infer/suppose/assume, without

any evidence or proof, that Jenn is somehow involved/

played a part in Stephan's crimes/

5. Chris Sterns, on the whole, is logical and realistic in his

approach and his response to the investigation, and what it

has yielded, in terms of evidence against his son.

6. Debra Sterns is clearly the family "enabler for Stephan."

Her approach toward all the crimes is sympathetic/empathetic

in nature. Debra I particular is very quick to throw Jenn under

the bus. It is delusional to simply assume anything Stephan

says is true.

7. Stephan not only pathologically lies to his parents. His mother

is SELDOM skeptical of anything her son says. Her approach is

illogical and delusional due to evidence presented to them to

police previously.

8. Stephan blames the "State" for "artificially inflating

"everything." Breaking that down, 

artificial = fake/not real

inflating = making things seem like a bigger deal than they are.

In the face of known evidence, this "lack of accountability"

is stunning.

9. Stephan says "The State....they are trying to scare me into

pleading down." There is no proof or evidence that exists of

any kind, that does anything but positively affirm his guilt. The

proof of guilt, is in his words, the story that he is still shopping

to his family; namely his mother.

10. Question I came away with: "WHAT WAS STEPHAN STERNS

REALLY WORRIED ABOUT ON SATURDAY NIGHT (the night

before the crime, where he was full of anxiety per his dad)?

Could Maddy have put her foot down, over the phone,

telling Stephan that she didn't want him to come to her party?

Was he an embarrassment to be seen with? Why did he not go

to party? He gave his parents ,at least to his mother, that he

was planning on attending her birthday party. He was never

planning on attending her birthday party. Jenn's extended family

did not like or welcome Stephan. Why did he give his parents the

impression he was attending a birthday party? Was the b-day

party a trigger in some way?

11. Chris Sterns directly confronts Stephan directly about 

"where he went" while "out driving around". Chris Sterns reminds

Stephan that the police "where" he was driving around. He even

adds, "and we know too."

12. Stephan makes the statement that he was "Preparing myself

for whatever was coming. I couldn't find what I was looking

for."

-what was coming and how would he know that they were

coming?

-did he revisit Maddy's body?

-did he engage in necrophilia?

-we know he had necrophilic fantasies and fetishes

-or, perhaps, fantasies and experience "drugging"

or "overmedicated" his victim(s)

- noting the # of times that the police noted, in the CSEM

material, that the VICTIM "appeared to be asleep";

cited multiple times.

13. Stephan Sterns will continue to deny his behavior

if either of his parents because he wants their money

for commissary, and, if possible, to try to lie and manipulate

his answers to set one or more of his parents on "his side"

(denial).

14. If we're calling a spade a spade, Stephan is a sexual sadist

and a pedophile. Evidence supports both.

15. Mother mentions alleged "TBI" from childhood. Though

they can make arguments based on this, they have little to

no legal weight. Stephan has never applied for disability based

on impairment of alleged TBI. Stephan has never been a recipient

a disability payment up through present based on a disability

or impairment of ANY kind.
