BRYAN KOHBERGER'S UPHILL BATTLE AGAINST EVIDENCE
BRYAN KOHLBERGER'S UPHILL BATTLE AGAINST EVIDENCE
__________________________________________________________________________
INTRODUCTION
At present moment, Bryan Kohlberger will stand trial for a
quadruple homicide of four college students on the University
of Idaho, in November of 2022. He is facing trial the summer
of 2025; he also is facing the death penalty is convicted for
his crimes. Though the trial is some time away, and a GAG ORDER
remains in place (that was put in place shortly after Probable
Cause Affidavit was released), there is ALREADY a wealth of
evidence that supports his guilt; even in the absence of knowing
of many search warrants have yielded.

EVIDENCE YIELDS KNOWN SO FAR
1. Bryan Kohlberger, instead of leaving his phone at his
residence, on the night of the murders, he brought it along with
him; pinging on cell towers that digitally track Bryan's movements
like a real footprint (at early morning/odd hours, ie, 3-4am). In
addition to the phone pinging at certain points in his travel, there
are points Bryan manually shut off phone, and times when
Bryan manually turned the phone back on during his route. Only
further reinforces where he was, where he went, and what time
he got home from committing crimes.
2. CONSCIOUSNESS OF GUILT: these are instances woven into
Bryan's actions, in attempts to "cover his tracks", are evidence
that he was aware he had committed a crime, and was actively
taking steps along the way, to hide evidence of his involvement.
3. When the FBI executed a search warrant, on Bryan's parent's
home, in November of 2021, it was executed at 4am. Upon making
entry into the home, the only person found awake was Bryan.
Bryan was in the kitchen, wearing latex gloves, put his own
"scraps" of food, containing his DNA, into small ziplock bags.
Additionally, at this time of the morning, Bryan was throwing
away trash in a neighbor's trash can (so as not to be detected).
Bryan was also observed cleaning out his car in the early morning
hours just before search warrant was executed.
4. Bryan, while in graduate school getting his Master's degree,
was conducting a "crime survey" on Reddit, for research ; all
of which somehow parallels the crime he allegedly committed.
5. Knife sheath for a K-Bar (a Marine issued knife) was left
behind at the crime scene; underneath victim Madison Megan.
On the button of the knife sheath, left behind, there was one single
source of MALE DNA located. This DNA found on knife sheath,
was a match to buccal swabs taken from the swabbed cheek
of Bryan Kohberger himself. The percentage match is 1
Quadrillion to one, that it the DNA could belong to anyone else
on earth than Kohberger.
6. Bryan's car was scene all along the route to Moscow, Idaho
and back to Pullman, Washington in the early morning hours.
Bryan is seen on video as early as 3:28 am making more than one
"pass" at the house, before being spotted on camera parking
near the victims home that he would enter. It is also known that,
on at least 12 previous occasions, Bryan. Kohberger had driven
by that same address. Police know this bc Bryan was so close to
the house, that those 12 documented times, he was close enough
to actually connect to the victim's WiFi.
7. Bryan is captured on camera SPEEDING away from crime
scene.
8. The Moscow Police involved the FBI in their investigation from
the very start/early on. The FBI brought in a Professional
Forensic Car Examiner, to identify the car spotted on video as
that belonging to was a Hyundai Elantra; of a 2011-2013 model.
9. Bryan re-registered his car (as his insurance and registration
needed to be renewed) only days after the crime. Formerly,
Bryan's car was registered in his home state of Pennsylvania.
As was his driver's license as well. Upon renewing, in the state of
Washington, he then obtained a Washington driver's license.
Additionally, unlike his home state of Pennsylvania, which only
requires a back license plate; Washington state requires both
front and rear license plates. Once he renewed and registered
in Washington, his license, as well as plates, would be issued
out of state of Washington; with license plates now on front
and back of vehicle.
10. Most criminologists and experts alike, assert that, in crimes
of this magnitude, that there are typically "triggers" of rejection
that can precipitate Bryan's behavior. Indeed, upon the review
of evidence, Bryan had applied to be a volunteer for the Pullman
Police Department. Bryan even wrote an essay as part of interview
process, in addition to being interviewed one on one. However,
shortly after filling out application, and interviewing with Pullman
Police Department, he was notified that he had been turned down
for this volunteer position; passed over for a woman. Bryan was
also, at the same time, experiences career/academic difficulties
as well. Bryan was reprimanded early on in his TA position, as
part of getting his Phd, by his supervisor. It was past a verbal
warning, it was a written warning and final warning. Bryan was
not able to get along with another TA who was a female, with
whom he had to professionally interact, regularly, starting at
the beginning of semester, and continued t/o semester. This
ended up resulting in Bryan Kohlberger's termination as a
Teaching Assistant; thus revolking his Phd program involvement.
He was fired the same month that he allegedly committed the
murders.
