PERSONALITY PROFILE/BACKGROUND into #ShannaGarner case

PERSONALITY PROFILE:

   Currently this case is progressing through the legal system and

the courts; inching closer to trial at the moment. 

    CASE BACKGROUND: Shanna, in connection with her 2nd 

husband Fernandez-Saldana, and a third "hit man"; shoots fired

by hit man, Henry Tennon (a career criminal). Shanna had been

previously married to Microsoft Executive, Jared Bridegan; with

whom she shared two twins with during the course of marriage.

Shanna is accused of being the "master mind" in this "murder for 

plot."

 This plot was carried out by placing a large tire in the middle of

the roadway, in the route that Jared would have to travel home.

Upon encountering the tire obstructing the roadway, Jared, whose

2 year older daughter (from a 2nd marriage) was in the backseat.

As he removed the tire, out of the road, out of his path, Jared 

Bridegan was shot at least 2 times, and died on the scene; with 

his daughter still strapped in the backseat

FACTUALLY KNOWN ASPECTS/IDEAS as to regard to SHANNA

1. Through recently released legal paperwork, it came to light 

 that Shanna had expressed desires, dating back as far as six

years, to wanting "Jared Bridegan to be dead." She repeatedly

friends, family, lovers, via text, multiple times, over the years

that she just wanted Jared to "disappear."

2. In text messages, recovered from the phone of the defendant,

she bearded him with insults to friends and family, and frequently

referred to Jared as, 'stupid."

3. In many of the text messages exchanged between Shanna,

and her 2nd husband, she spoke in what was clear code, and used 

words "funeral potatoes" to refer to Jared's life.

4. Shanna, over the years, was repeatedly obsessing about what

Jared did or didn't do, and making herself a victim. She repeatedly

made over references to him to be "shut up", "permanent

disappearing acts; again, dating back as long as 6 years prior to

the actually commission of the murder.

LEADING UP TO ARREST

   Investigators were onto the trail of Shanna very early on in the

investigation. She offered to police that "divorce was not 

"amicable." 

  Investigators fist spoke to Jared's current wife, and mother also

of his two youngest children the morning he was found deceased

the same morning. She was asked whether Jared has any known

"enemies". His wife, Kirsten, said, "Shanna and Mario-Saldana

lie to the kids (the kids that Jared and Shanna had together)

and constantly tried to make Jared look bad."

   In contrast, investigators also spoke to the father of Shanna

about the incident. He stated, "Jared is just set on making

Shanna's life miserable." Interestingly, through text messages,

and court filings, it is factually known that the father 

communicated to his daughter, Shanna, in the past that "he was

willing to pay to get rid of him (him being Jared)."

REMARKS MADE MY SHANNA in texts to friends (re: Jared)

1. "Mario offered to get four guys, to break in his house, and

take care of him"

2. Shanna stated in one text exchange with friends: 'You know,

I have killed before."

3. Shanna has. also eluded to in text messages recovered, and

other legal filings, that she believed, in marrying the man she had

been having an affair with (Mario Saldona) , that it would "look

better" in front of a family court job and was a good way to gain

full custody of her children.

UNRAVELING OF THE PLOT/FINDING EVIDENCE

   On July 18, 2022, police arrived at a rental house owned by

Shanna. Outside of the rental property, was noticed, a large tire,

propped up against the side of the rental property. Even upon

cursory glance, it appear it could have been a match to the tire

that was seized from the actual crime scene (that Jared was shot

while out of his car removing). 

  Subsequently, the person renting the property was interviewed

in reference to what said person may or may not know about the

tire, who it belonged to, how, and when it got there. The resident

stated that he'd found it on the curb, and simply decided to

roll it into his yard; thinking he might use it for some purpose at

a later date. Just as police were removing the tire to take it into

evidence, THe "hit-man" in this crime, Henry Tennon, arrived

simultaneously.

  On the same day as police seized the tire and took it into 

evidence, they were able to quickly identify that this recently

recovered tire was a MATCH to the tire that Jared had removed

from the road before being shot and killed.

OCTOBER 14, 2023: ANOTHER SIGNIFICANT DATE

    On October 14th, 2023, police obtained Shanna's bank records.

Upon which, it was discovered that Shanna and or Mario, had 

written several checks, to Henry Tennon, directly from company

funds. There was a 10k check. There were additional checks 

written out to Henry Tennon in the amounts of 2k, 3k, 5k; all of

which were written to Tennon by Shanna directly.

HENRY TENNON TURNS STATES EVIDENCE

   Upon discovering the checks in Shanna's bank account, and

who they were written to, the police followed up, in person,

with Henry Tennon. After being confronted about the checks,

their amounts, and what services he rendered to receive the

money, Henry Tennon agreed to "tell all" and turns. state's

evidence. As a part of Henry Tennon's agreement with the

government to testify honestly in Shanna and Mario's trial,

Mr. Tennon will lay out the conspiracy, its players, and reveal

that he, indeed has the hired trigger-man. He is slated to be 

one the most key witnesses at trial in the case against both

Shanna and Mario.
