Megan Boswell faces multiple charges related to the death of her 

daughter, Evelyn Mae Boswell. Here's a summary of the charges

Murder Charges:

1. Two counts of felony murder: One count associated with the 

perpetration of aggravated child abuse and another associated 

with aggravated child neglect.

2. One count of first-degree premeditated murder: Added in June 2024.

These charges were brought against Boswell following the 

discovery of Evelyn Boswell's remains on family property in March

 2020, after she had been reported missing in February of that 

year. The trial for these charges began in February 2025, with jury

 selection starting on February 3, 2025.
